Thoughts on Comic Video from class.

I did think that watching this video was very interesting. The guy who was talking made it fun to listen to him and to what he was saying. Anyways, he was saying how he was the odd one out in his family and decided to go into comic art. I think that he found a way to be successful in this field because what he did and how he did it was very interesting and it caught people's eyes. Just as in McClouds work/article, comics can be a way to get an idea across and make it easy to do so. Many people are visual learners. In the video, there were so many different  ways to write comics and catch peoples interest. I think that both the man in that video and McCloud himself have the right idea and can make comics not only to entertain people but to also get a certain idea across. Overall, comics are a way to get people to enjoy what they are reading and learn something new.
